Taking it to the next Level. Tough Mudder is beyond 5k's and running. It's a 10-12 mile course with 20-25 insane obstacles. Obstacles include jumping into a an ice filled pool called the "public enema" and the half pipe covered in grease and mud called "Everest". This is going to challenge me physically and mentally. I'm in the process of researching training methods for this type of an event. I have 5 months to get my body in the best shape I have ever been!
New Training Starts Monday. I really want to add some new exercises to start my Tough Mudder training but I have to hold off until after my Super 5k in Novi on Sunday. I want that sub 30 min 5k!
