3 More Pounds Down The Drain!

Beginning to see a pattern. I jumped on the scale this morning and it read 275 pounds which means I lost 3 more pounds! This is also brings my grand total to 48 pounds! It feels great to actually drop some weight after not losing any weight last week. The only thing I changed this week was I increased my long runs I do on Monday's and Thursday's. I was running right around 4 miles but I increased it to 5.5 miles. Did that make the difference? Who knows.

Frustrated Newbies Please Read This: If your just starting your weight loss journey and hit a plateau please listen to me!! Don't Give Up!!! If you look at my weight loss progress you'll see that I've hit plenty of ruts but eventually I push through it and lose weight. I totally understand how frustrating it is to get on the scale after a week of hard work and the scale says you haven't improved. I've thought to myself all the dieting and exercising was for nothing. Thank god I didn't listen because I kept working and good things followed! Hard work will eventually be rewarded!

Two more Pounds! I got 2 more pounds to lose and I'll hit 50 pounds of weight loss! I'm going to keep my promise and when I hit 50 pounds I'm going to take some progress photos. Hopefully I'll hit that mark next Sunday!

  3. congratulation on your 48 pound loss..looking forward to reading about you reaching a 50 pound loss :)
Plateau is something that is so frustrating but I think it is part of every weight loss journey.I usually change my exercise routine a bit, add a few more minutes or maybe increase the intensity a little as long as I don't give the plateau goes away. It's like a game who is stronger me or my plateau ;)(as long as I don't give up it's always me)
